With associates worldwide, Intersol works strategically with partners to combine subject matter expertise, forensic psychology and non-technical skills to train, advise and conduct investigations, fact-finding interviews and associated services across sectors that include, Financial Services, Human Resources and Workplace Inquiries.

The challenge was to promote Intersol’s many online and face-to-face training courses via a more focused website user journey, defining business sectors to further promote ECM ‘Extraordinary Case Management’ and changing the way the online training courses are presented, developing online solutions that presented interested parties the option to not only learn more about each course, but then select specific areas of training to better focus the course to their individual needs.

The Greenlight approach

In the first instance we needed to correct certain issues with the brand logo which over time had become over complicated. We also refined the colour palette to help modernise the look and feel of the logo enabling a better fit within the online learning space..

  • Redesign the brand logo to simplify, adding a strapline to present the business proposition.
  • Design and develop a WordPress Website to better define the core offering and deliver a structured user journey to clearly present the training courses and solutions.
  • Update the colour palette and re-design the key infographics to better present the business ethos and bespoke training services.
  • Deliver Post go-live SEO and Social Media Strategy.

Logo Design
The existing logo was over complicated and didn’t represent the brand in terms of conveying the sector that the business sat in or the services that it offered. Greenlight designed and created a series of alternative logo designs and colourways, to present a range of options for assessment and selection..

Website Design and Development
We had a clear vision for the website. The new site needed to load quickly and offer a more focused user journey, delivering key information about the many ‘face to face’ and online courses on offer – directly to interested parties within as minimal a number of clicks as possible. Our solution includes the development of a new section within the website that allows visitors to browse and find out more about online Intersol courses which previously had sat on a separate website that offered very little in the way of interaction or an informed selection process.

One of the key features on the new site is the expansion of the case studies section which presents a wider selection of information relating to the services on offer across the eight specific business sectors. These case studies and customer testimonials are key to building brand trust and presenting positive outcomes and results for its learners.

Infographic Design
Greenlight created a series of infographics to help present the key services, we train, we qualify we advise, we investigate.

SEO and Social Media Strategy
With more than 60% of searches now on mobile devices, the site needed to be Mobile friendly, easy to navigate and fast. We operate a mobile first approach to website design and our Search Engine Optimisation services focus on growing businesses by increasing, visibility and organic traffic to drive more leads. Our Social Media focus for Intersol was ‘Twitter’ and’ LinkedIn’ our clients benefit from inhouse training around the best ways to create blog posts with a view to achieving maximum exposure across all social media platforms.
